Der VZAP und das ANC-Komitee geben die Absage des diesjährigen All Nations Cups und Nationalen Championats bekannt.

Liebe Mitglieder und Züchter,
wir sehen uns in diesem Jahr erneut gezwungen, den All Nations Cup und das Nationale Championat abzusagen.
Die geltenden Einreisebstimmungen nach Deutschland und die weiterhin unklaren Coronabestimmungen haben inzwischen auch Richter/DC dazu bewogen, uns zu fragen, wie denn mit eventuellen Quarantänen oder Einreiseverboten umgegangen werden soll.
Konstant steigende Inzidenzen (in Aachen ist mittlerweile die Inzidenzstufe 2 erreicht) lassen eine sichere Planung der Veranstaltung, auch im Hinblick auf eine mögliche Anzahl von Zuschauern in der Halle, nicht zu.
Die nicht einschätzbare Coronalage zum Zeitpunkt der Veranstaltung spiegelt sich auch in einer abwartenden Haltung der Aussteller wider.
Der Verband müsste in dieser Woche finanzielle Verpflichtungen im 6-stelligen Bereich eingehen; Kapital, das letztendlich den Mitgliedern gehört und durch nichts abgesichert wäre. Auch hier sehen wir uns verpflichtet, sorgfältig zu entscheiden und zu handeln.
Seitens der Stadt Aachen und der Gesundheitsbehörden erfolgen keinerlei verbindliche Aussagen über die Coronabestimmungen, die zum Zeitpunkt der Veranstaltung für Indoor-Veranstaltungen gelten werden. Es ist eben nicht vorhersehbar.
Selbst wenn wir das Event eine Woche vor Veranstaltungsdatum ins Freie verlegen würden, müssten die bis dahin angefallenen Kosten für die Infrastruktur in der Halle gezahlt werden. Darüber hinaus würden weitere Kosten für Aufbauten im Außenbereich (z. B. Zelte) anfallen.
Abgesehen davon, wäre dieser organisatorische Kraftakt in der Kürze der Zeit personell nicht zu bewerkstelligen.
Die Summe dieser Fakten lässt uns zu keiner anderen Entscheidung kommen.
Wir bedauern dies und hoffen auf Verständnis.

This year we are again forced to cancel the All Nations Cup and the National Championships.
The current entry regulations to Germany and the still unclear Corona regulations have meanwhile also prompted judges/DC to ask us how possible quarantining or entry ban would be handled.
Constantly increasing incidences (in Aachen, incidence level 2 has been reached in the meantime) do not allow a safe planning of the event, also with regard to a possible number of spectators in the hall.
The unpredictable corona situation at time of the event is also reflected in a wait-and-see attitude of the exhibitors.
Our society would have to make financial commitments in the 6-figure range this week; capital that ultimately belongs to the members and would not be secured by anything. Here, too, we feel obliged to decide and act carefully.
On the part of the City of Aachen and the health authorities, no binding statements are made about the corona regulations that will apply to indoor events at time of the event. It is just not predictable.
Even if we were to move the event outdoors a week before the event date, the costs incurred for the infrastructure in the hall up to that point would have to be paid. In addition, there would be further costs for set-ups outside (e.g. tents).
Apart from that, this organisational major effort would not be manageable in the short time available.
The sum of these facts does not allow us to come to any other decision.
